Softball, Ice hockey, Volleyball and Half Marathon must use forms below

206.684.7484 with a credit card or in person at select locations, however ALL registrations, including mail-in will be entered through www.myparksandrecreation.com which will absolutely close at the end of business May 28, 2008. The only way to register after May 28 will be with permission from the sport commissioner and there will be a $10.00 late registration fee. This is for all sports except Ballroom and Line Dance events which will take registration at the door for $8.00, a one dollar increase over the pre-registration price.
