Northwest Senior Games Track Events 2010
EVENT INFORMATION: Athletes may enter as many events as desired. The Track and Field event is a USA Track and Field sanctioned event, which is sponsored by the Seattle Sports Advisory Council. The Northwest Senior Games thanks the Seattle Sports Advisory Council for the opportunity to partner with them on this event.
Pole Vault, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus, High Jump, Javelin , Hammer Throw, 5,000 M Run, 400 M Dash , 1,500 M Race walk , 3,000 M Race walk, 100 M Dash, 1,500 M, 4X 100 M Relay, 800 M Run, 200 M Dash and 4 X 400 M Relay
