EVENT INFORMATION: This event is recognized and will be conducted in accordance with the U.S. Masters Swimming Rules. Athletes may enter as many events as they wish in their age group.

Directions From I-405 South take the left exit for NE 128th St. Take your 1st right onto 116th Way NE, take the 3rd left onto NE 132nd St. Turn onto Juanita High School Drive. From I-405 North take exit 20B for Totem Lake Blvd. Turn left at Totem Lake Blvd. Take the 2nd left onto NE 132nd St. Turn onto Juanita High School Drive.

Parking- in any available spot on the high schools parking lot.

SHOWERS: JAC has full locker rooms available during the meet. You may bring a lock and use a locker if you would like.

Becca Watson: Becca has been a competitive swimmer from nearly 20 years. She currently is the head coach for Lake Washington Masters..

Bob Regan: As a competitor, coach and an official, Bob has been involved with competitive swimming most of his adult life. He retired in 2000 after serving as the Aquatics Manager for the King County Parks Department.

Louise Lindenmeyer: Professor-Shoreline Community College, WSIT, Life coach (CPC), former Swim Coach (Shorewood HS boys and Sheridan Beach Club), UW Swim Team and Washington Athletic Club Swim Team.

Perry Dolan: Past President Washington State Senior Games Board of Directors and Commissioner for Swimming. Current USA Head Swimming Coach Columbia Athletic Club at Pine Lake. National Senior Games Swim qualifier 2003 and 2007.
